MCIL INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATION

MCIL International Limited, MCIL Intl Series 2 Ltd and MCIL Intl Series 3 Ltd were incorporated as a Labuan company under the provisions of the Labuan Companies Act 1990. A copy of the Information Memorandum for each respective fund has been lodged with Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA). All three funds are private mutual funds and governed under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 and shall be guided by relevant guidelines issued by LFSA from time to time.
